Anne is an executive coach, consultant and educator with over
34 years of professional experience. She is distinguished
by her action-oriented approach with the key premise that
it is far easier to act your way into a new way of thinking
than to think your way into a new way of acting. Her expertise
includes action learning, rapid cycle time approaches for
turning ideas into commercial reality, embedding innovation
practices and building alignment processes for executive teams
and partnerships. Since 1994, she has developed the
Action Lab™ rapid time to market approach for new
business development and corporate ventures.
Anne’s offerings adapt to the business issue but she
is consistently focused on exploiting the potential to rapidly
increase commercial value through individual and collective
performance. Her clients are normally senior executives who
are committed to going beyond their past successes within
organizations – from large global companies to early
stage businesses. She partners with these clients to help
first articulate and then produce the behavior and performance
breakthroughs they seek for themselves, their teams and their
organisations.
As an advisor to the London Business School, Anne created
and then served as founding director of the Entrepreneurship
Summer School. She has been a Partner with Mercer Delta
Organizational Consulting, helping to grow their brand in
the UK for organizational change and leadership development
– and formerly a Principal with CSC Index, both in
the UK and Hong Kong. She began her career in IT leading
teams of analysts and programmers in the design and development
of customer solutions for banking, seismic exploration,
financial planning and oceanographic research. At the time
she was a pioneer in prototyping solutions at the customer
interface to ensure customers got what they really needed
– usually different from what they asked for.
Anne is a member of the Marshall Goldsmith Partners Network,
